Nothing is shipped
ShotDemo is an online service used in your web browser. There are no physical goods and nothing is sent by post or courier. Everything you buy is delivered digitally, in your ShotDemo account at app.shotdemo.com.
What you receive
When you pay for a video, the finished files for that project are unlocked in your account straight away:
- the full video and a 15-second version,
- in the shapes you choose: 16:9, 9:16, 1:1 and 4:5,
- with subtitles and thumbnails,
- in full HD with no watermark.
Delivery timeline
- Unlocking your video: immediately after a successful payment.
- Rendering the files: each file is made on our servers after you start it and appears in your account when it is ready: about a minute for a 15-second file and about six minutes for a 90-second tour. A complete set in every shape can take around half an hour. You can close the page meanwhile; the files wait in your account.
- Downloading: from your account, as often as you need.
- If something goes wrong: if a paid video has not unlocked, or its files have not been made within 24 hours, write to us and we will fix it or refund you as set out in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Availability
ShotDemo is available 24 hours a day through any modern web browser. We may occasionally pause it briefly for maintenance.
